Cemvision is expanding the team with a Technical Sales Manager to manage the implementation of ultra-low carbon cement in the Nordics

We arre producing and marketing our ultra-low carbon cement portfolio, Rement Massive and Rement Rapid, with selected partners and customers.
About the role
As a Technical Sales Manager at Cemvision, you will play a pivotal role in managing on-site activities with customers testing and integrating our cements into concrete applications. Acting as the primary interface between customers and Cemvision’s organisation you will ensure seamless collaboration. Your insights will directly influence the selection and market positioning of our portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs to position Cemvision’s portfolio adequately at the concrete production level. Reporting to the CCO, you will be a key member of our growing team, driving our mission forward.
Core responsibilities:
Identify and manage pilot and demo activities with key customers, primarily in Sweden and the Nordics.
Hands-on development of concrete mixes and on-site support during customer projects.
Be the voice of the customer and coordinate with R&D, production, logistics and marketing.
Present and explain Cemvision products to customers and at events.
Target-driven sales with good skills in documenting and following set KPIs.
What do you need to succeed?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a resourceful and ‘no-problem-too-big’ mindset, coupled with a strong drive to take initiative and make things happen. Success requires an analytical approach, a collaborative spirit, and a focus on delivering results. A solid understanding of the concrete value chain and hands-on experience with concrete technology are essential for this position.

Passion for sustainability and green technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, which includes being flexible and adaptable to change.
Strong background in concrete technology.
Existing network with concrete cement users.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to customer needs and engage with clients and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving skills, thrive on resolving on-site issues with clients, and adopt a pragmatic approach.
Admixture technology experience is a strong plus.
