Technical Sales Manager – Drive the technical implementation of ultra-low carbon cement in the Nordics

We are producing and marketing our ultra-low carbon cement portfolio, Rement Massive and Rement Rapid, with selected partners and customers. Now, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to play a key role in implementing our solutions in the Nordic concrete industry.
About the role
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be the technical link between Cemvision and our customers. You will be responsible for leading pilot and demo projects and providing hands-on support when integrating our cement products into various concrete applications. Your technical expertise will make you a valuable advisor to our customers, while your insights will contribute to product development and market positioning.
Reporting to the CCO, you will be a key member of our growing team, where your technical knowledge and understanding of customer needs are critical to success.
Core responsibilities:
Identify and lead pilot and demo activities with key customers, primarily in Sweden and the Nordics.
Hands-on development of concrete mixes and on-site technical support during customer projects.
Act as “the voice of the customer” internally and coordinate with R&D, production, logistics and marketing.
Present and explain Cemvision products to customers and at events.
Contribute to business growth through your technical expertise and by building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Success requires an analytical approach, a collaborative spirit, and a focus on delivering results. A solid understanding of the concrete value chain and hands-on experience with concrete technology are essential for this position.
We believe you have:
Broad experience in the concrete industry with a deep understanding of various applications and parts of the value chain (e.g., precast, cast-in-place concrete, ready-mix, admixtures).
Strong technical skills in concrete technology and hands-on experience working with concrete.Passion for sustainability and green technologies.
Passion for sustainability and green technologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, which includes being flexible and adaptable to change.
Existing network with concrete cement users.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to customer needs and engage with clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach when facing challenges on-site with customers.
Admixture technology experience is a strong plus.
Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
